1. Definition

"You", "Your" means any user of Our Site, including FLKW Community Members and non-members.

"The Magazine" means the annual Fine Ladies Kendo Worldwide magazine, published in printed and/or digital formats.

"Our Services" means all content, products and services made available through Our Site.

2. Membership and Magazine Purchases

FLKW Community Membership is free and is available to anyone who registers on Our Site. Community Members have access to members-only content and features available on the website.

​The Magazine is not included with Community Membership. Each new volume is available as a separate one-off purchase in printed and/or digital formats.
​
Previous volumes ("Back Numbers") may also be purchased individually, subject to availability.
​
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Our Services or make purchases through Our Site.
​
The Magazine is normally published once each year in the spring, although publication dates may vary.
​
3. Price Changes
​
We reserve the right to amend, discontinue or replace any of Our Services at any time.

Prices of all products and services may change without prior notice.
​
All purchases are subject to availability.

4. Refund Policy
​
We will not refund any part of the membership once paid.

5. Email
​
We may occasionally send you emails related to the coming up web content. We may also send you occasional email newsletters relating to news and promotions and the like. We will never sell or release your email to any third party vendors. You may opt-out of these emails at any time.

6. Privacy
​
We take your privacy very seriously. Our privacy policy can be viewed here. Consenting to our terms of service indicates consent to our privacy policy as well.

7. License Agreement

By purchasing our product(s), You indicate and consent to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.

8. Changes to Our Services or Terms

We are constantly updating our Services, which means we sometimes have to change the legal terms under Our Services. If We make changes to that material, We will let you know by posting on one of our blogs or sending You an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period after which the new terms will take effect. If you disagree with our changes, you should stop using Our Services within the set notice period. These Terms of Service are in English (UK). We may translate these terms into other languages. In the event of a conflict between a translated version of these Terms of Service and the English version, the English version will control.

11. Severability

If any part of this Agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses shall remain binding on the customer.
